Kelsey is an incredible instructor. She's great for beginners, very welcoming, challenging in class, and a pleasure to see every time I come to the studio. I plan to keep coming back on the strength of her awesome customer service and great instruction.

variety of classes

I like the amount of classes each day that are available! Good merchandise. Outstanding teachers I have a handful of favorites at the Huntington Beach and Costa Mesa Ca locations. Membership price is still high and I have a discounted rate! I love the heated rooms and showers available.

I like the classes I don't like that some men come in the class and sweat profusely though and the teachers are too polite to say towel off the sweat is so bad on some men or splashes on others and its gross🚋🚥

I get a workout every time

- Locations (although you could do well with a facility in Long Beach, CA)
