Hot yoga.
I like the variety of classes compared to other locations. My one feedback is I’d love to have a CorePower 1 at 5am if possible. Core 1 earliest class is usually at 9:15 which can be hard for moms who works.

CPY has the best teachers ever, and I love how many classes they have. You can catch a great class anytime from 6am to 9pm! Love it!
Yoga 🧘♀️ is good from the inside out and I can not find any reason why one shouldn’t practice yoga. At CorePowerYoga, one can find their limitations throughout the poses but most importantly NEVER GIVE UP simply because Motivations and Supports from EVERYONE. This is the perfect practice for the mind and for the beauty within oneself.

Everything. From the start to end! Upon entering the establishment, I feel welcomed to experiencing the classes, I feel comfortable and great afterwards.
consistent, the music. I always get the experience I expect for each class. HPF consistent, Sculpt (usually) consistent etc.
And I like all the teachers and the music is usually great

The 2 classes I took were excellent. No complaints other than the cost. I'd love to join it's just really pricey.

HPF classes are amazing, I have gotten my heart rate up as high as 188, a high heart rate is my goal during HPF classes. I would like to remind anyone reading this "do not bring your remote car key into HPF" as the steam shorted out mine & had to be replaced ($288.00).
