Loved the teacher and her play list!!! This was my first time doing yoga and she walked us through the process with no pressure and I definitely got what I came for which was a good workout and stress release.
I truly like the instructors and how friendly they are. I feel welcome and I like the cleaning part of each studio.

I love how warm and friendly everyone is when I am greeted. The store was very clean and organized.
The classes I, recently, took were full, but not extremely packed.
Both the C2 and HPF had great flow and instructors were thoughouh in ensuring we were enjoying our practice, as well as, keeping our form to prevent injury.

It is my first week of doing yoga and I’m a 50 years old man. Mostly the staff. They have been amazing the facility in Bella Terra is wonderful. The classes are very interesting and fun. I think I’m hooked. I also travel a lot so I see there are locations in places I travel to. And that’s great
