I loved the C2 class I took with Mariah this past Sunday. I recommend everyone to take that class and sweat extra with the added sauna effect. I felt amazing right after class and made me want to continue a workout the next day. The next day, I went trail running in the hills 🤠

Probably the best experience I’ve ever had in any fitness/yoga studio. As a first timer, I was a little concerned with not being able to keep up or understand the moves, but the entire staff were very welcoming and understanding. They made the class super enjoyable.

Im still on my trial but I will be joining for sure!

I love how the CPY studio’s clean and how smooth the sign up was. I also love how spacious it is, which makes it easy to move freely. The people are just so nice and the teachers are helpful. I will definitely come back and recommend CPY to my friends!.:)

The energy in the studio is great! I love when the instructors give mantras and themes at the start of class, and modifications for poses as you grow your strength and expertise in class.

I love that the classes are different with different flows. The instructors I’ve gone to have been great and it’s all around a great atmosphere.

I love the atmosphere, the instructors and the clean studio space!!! Really appreciative of all the amenities offered such as the cleansing wipes, tissue, and the lotion. Taking a class is always the highlight of my day. I really feel like the HB CPY is part of my extended family. ❤M
