Lisa G is the most incredible instructor. She adds so much thought to each class tying each pose to yoga mythology and teaches students more about the practice during each class. I also really like the addition of sound music she has recently added to surrender series.

I enjoyed the temperature of how hot HPF class is and the instructor had good vibes. He emphasized the science, technique, and flow. Would definitely take him again!
