The studio is very modern, nice, and clean. The yoga teachers are all great. My favorite teacher is Jill C. Hot yoga has changed my life. It helped me get out of depression after the birth of my son. I became a member since January 2014. I could not be happier as I have found peace and happiness from yoga. I would definitely recommend this studio to my friends.

Core Power is wonderful!I loved having Whitney as an instructor, he was very helpful and full of positive energy. His class was a challenge for me but it was also a lot fun. I felt like a new person when I left! The staff that I encountered were all friendly and the studio and locker room were kept nice and clean which is a huge deal to me. Overall great experience and I will recommend this location to my friends.

I love walking in and getting greeted by a friendly face, even if it's 6:00am! The boutique has a lot of inventory to offer and it's always hard to resist shopping. There is a great range of different classes and times. If I miss one I know there will another coming up. All the teachers are great and I love the consistency of each , but yet how they add their own uniqueness.

They have two outstanding and inspiring instructors: Eryn and Kevin.

I love the sculpt class! It is a great workout as the class targets the entire body. I really enjoy Stacy's class. She is my favorite instructor and she switches the class up so you do not get bored. Her energy and enthusiasm makes the class!

love all your classes. I actually took a sculpt class last night at 5:00 from Jenn I believe ( name may be wrong ?) she also teaches on Sundays. She is truly amazing with her enthusiasm. She is a star teacher in my book. I enjoy also C2 on Tuesday mornings 6:00 am class.

Ever since I started practicing regularly at CPY HB, I have been hooked! I try to get everyone I know to come try a class with me and just feel the amazingness that is yoga. Practicing yoga has helped initiate a huge change in my mind, body and spirit and has made me more confident in my everyday life. Thank you CPY! You have made a yogi for life out me!

i only attend restorative yoga classes as I have back issues. I love the classes, the facilities appear clean, organized and love the make over in the ladies bathroom. Don't remember the previous bathroom but like the colors and textures you now have.
