Love all my yoga teachers specially Dyamen, DeShauna, Siobhan, Sophie, Kirsten, Wendy, Sydney, Leo, and Leslie! Outstanding yoga teachers! The women’s bath could use renovation and also needs new hair dryers, the ones that are in the studio are so cheap and they don’t really work. One of them goes off and on which could be a fire hazard. Overall the studio is in a very good location and I love the space! But the whole studio needs renovation specially the women’s bathrooms

Negeen Khandel is the best instructor ever at Berkeley West!! High energy classes and she really makes you sweat!

I love that it’s accessible and fun! I’ve enjoyed all of my teachers, especially their playlist. It’s a great balance between yoga and fitness as well.

Great class! Friendly staff at the front desk. I just wish it didn't cost $38 a class. ;(

The instructors amazing!!

I specifically practice at Berkeley West because of Sevi as the instructor. I took her class by happenstance at the Rockridge Studio and find her truly exceptional as a C2 instructor. She teaches a thoughtful, creative, difficult, and extremely well-run class and I followed her to Berkeley West as a result. Regarding the studio itself, I like the spaciousness of the room and particularly like the free onsite parking,

I really enjoyed the instructor that did the C3 class. She was very talented. Did a great job instructing.

Michael was a fabulous instructor. I loved the meditation and the flow.

Absolutely wonderful class with DeShauna. She has fantastic cues, leaves space for silence and reflection, is very inclusive and encouraging of students, has perfect pacing, effectively weaves her theme throughout class, and offers both challenge and opportunities for softness so all students can adjust the class to the right level for them. I left feeling both peaceful and invigorated.

I love everything about Core Power, no matter the location. You have top notch instructors and very intimate studios, unlike a small room off a large and busy gym.
I'm sad I had to cancel my membership!! I had a knee replacement surgery and need more than you 90 day max hold.
I'll be back though!!

Kismet core restore class is great! I’ve always been doing so much Vinyasa yoga that I didn’t know the healing stretching energizing balancing benefits of core restore & yin. Awesome class.

Negeen Khandel is a gifted instructor! Her energy and passion for teaching shines through her class. This was my first yoga class and she gave tight cues that made it easy to follow along. Best instructor ever! Best class ever!!

West Berkeley has some of the best instructors in the East Bay and I appreciate the high volume of classes which allows me to always find a time to practice. My only negative feedback is that I think the bathroom--especially the sink and shower area could be cleaner. It would be great to have paper or cloth towels available by the sinks so that people could wipe up any water that gets splashed on the counter. The counter is always soaking wet and it doesn't feel the most hygienic. Thanks!

I often practice more traditional Yoga forms in my practice, but that doesn't mean I do not enjoy CorePower. On the contrary, I love that CorePower yoga has a unique approach to Yoga. It's challenging and kind, and also fun. It's a diverse group of people and the facilities are nice as well

I love all my teachers that I take classes with regularly they are Deshauna, Leo, Kirsten, Sophie, Wendy, Dyamen, Siobhan!!! They are the best! I can’t see myself without taking their class every week and I won’t have it any other way! The studio bathroom needs a renovation though showers are falling apart with leaking water at times , maybe a locker with soft close too. The rooms for yoga floor could use an upgrade too maybe a nice floor with a bit of cushion since we do some cardio high during sculpt class without shoes for support

I love the studio and classes that are taught at this location. The only issue is that the water pressure in the non-accessible shower stalls is extremely low and barely usable. It would be great if that can be fixed.

The instructors are consistently very good.

I like the environment, I like how clean the studio was and how clean the locker are too, the entire vibe is really peaceful and friendly I like the whole experience!!!
