You are well-organized and offer a wonderfully varied schedule of classes. It's definitely not for everyone, this style of yoga, but for those to whom it appeals, the teachers I've had so far are personable and your studio seems very well run.

Every one is incredibly warm and friendly. The instructors deliver great classes and are so helpful during classes. I decided to try CorePower Yoga one-week trial and it's been a great experience. I am definitely coming back and bringing a friend in the future.

Wish there were a CorePower in Oakland - Downtown, Rockridge or Grandlake! Love going but it's just such a far drive for those of us in Oakland.
