The Yoga instructors are great.

I love Yoga sculpt. I especially enjoy Robert A and Amanda (sub for Robert).
I think the more challenging the better.
I find adjustments helpful and let you know the instructor cares.
I love the aromatherapy at the end during shavasana(sp).
I like the mirrors in the room - opens the room up and allows everyone in the room to check their aligment compared to North Boulder.

All the teachers are wonderful and professional, the studios and facilities are clean, and overall the classes provide a great mix of relaxation and energizing hard work.

Convenient location. Paul is a great teacher. He is upbeat and encouraging. He also welcomes variations and modifications so you can customize things to what you need on a certain day. many teachers say that they are OK with variations and modifications but then they try and squeeze everyone into their preferred version of the pose. Paul walks the talk.

i think the following are fantastic: schedule, warm and fuzzy staff, location:) class variety!!! :) The ability to go to all locations is also perfect for when I live in Boulder and sometimes spend the weekend in Denver! Thank you:)
