I've only been to two classes so far, but they were both great! I went to the Core Power 2 class taught by Raj and the 60 minute hot yoga taught by Heidi. Both are obviously seasoned teachers, and take their time with leading the class through postures and explaining how they should feel. Very pleasant atmosphere. Thanks!

I used to be on unlimited monthly but I hurt my wrist so I'm just getting back. I love the direction from the trainers and the variety of classes. I also love SHOPPING at CPY! Super cute clothes. Great people. Very happy.
