A variety of types of yoga classes. A wide offering of times for classes. Some excellent teachers. Nice studio spaces. Nice students to share classes with.
The instructors are more yoga like and "zen" than the instructors on the hill (sometimes I feel like I'm in a jazzercize class). I love how the studio has two rooms and being in the smaller moon room makes my practice feel more intimate. Everyone's always friendly!
