I love the high energy sculpt classes and the focused intensity of c2. CSX offers a great option for unheated lifting with a higher weight/lower rep focus. The community is great and I always feel comfortable!

Mekenzie was an incredible yoga instructor. The class was fun, challenging, and had a great flow. I have been doing sculpt for about 12 years now. Mekenzie is one of the best, and she is a lot of fun.

Great sculpt class on Sunday night! I usually go to other studios closer to home, but on a whim, decided to branch out for different class times at SoBo. As a physician who now works in corporate strategy who is an avid yogi and fitness-oriented individual, I love the idea of CPY studios having a personality that is unique. For those members with flexibility, they can then seek out what offerings are a best fit for their goals at any given time. Best wishes! First name removed
