I love the positive energy and attention you get when you walk in the door. The studios are also very clean which is where I hear most of the complaints from my friends and family. I always recommend CPY to people looking for something new or needing someplace to feel better.

I like the environment, and the teaching. I was corrected in certain poses I have done for years without knowing it was incorrect, so it was nice to know that your instructors care about proper positioning and alignment.

Close to my home. Great staff. Nice changing room and great to have showers available. Teachers are great. Heated yoga works well for me. Really enjoying it.

I took a CorePower Level 1 Class. It was my first yoga class ever. The instructor made me feel so comfortable and welcome in the studio! The class size was small with only 6 people and the instructor was able to walk around and give each of us guidance throughout the class.
