there are classes offered at every hour throughout the day so it is easy to fit into my schedule, the locker rooms are great with fantastic space and amount of showers/clean, but most importantly the classes/instruction are excellent.

I really enjoy the environment and teachers. You walk in and there is an instant feeling of great positive energy. The teachers also provide a positve, supportive and calm energy while teaching.

I love the CPY community and way of life. The classes are well-rounded and balanced enabling you to get a good sweat/work-out, while also teaching you to breath and find calmness/stillness. Everyone is always very friendly and the variety of teachers and yogi's help the studio constantly feel familiar but new at the same time. I also love the apparel and products CPY carries.

I like how friendly and accommodating they are especially for a new student like me. The facility is clean and organize. The hot power fusion class I attended was great and the teacher was very hands on. The experience was amazing. Definitely going back to try more classes :)

The studio was clean and well-organized, check in was easy, and the class (sculpt) was killer and a great change up from my normal cardio & lifting routines. I all around loved it!

The classes are diverse and all the teachers are really great.

The Restorative class is one of the best complements to my busy life and exercise regimen. Its a great stress relief and allows me to calm my mind and body. Definitely one of the best classes i've taken there!

CPY is the best, most magicial place to make over your body and mind. I'm a diehard sculpt addict! I have gotten my 25 year old body back! My friends say I have "Madonna" arms and the strength I have gained is incredible. Everytime I make it to my mat I know I will get my butt kicked, sweat out "happy hour" and leave feeling so accomplished! One of my favorite quotes for Melvin -Hollywood teacher "you can do anything for 60 moments" ..."Only 8 more, you can do 8 more of anything!" & "Only because I love you!" And he is right....I have applied this to my daily life off the mat as well. I never thought I'd be a crazy yoga person...but I spread the word where ever I go! Everyone asks what I do for a workout...CPY sculpt! Transform your body!!! Take your life back...no it's not easy, but it's so worth the rewards! Size 29 - Size 26 in 3 months....that's beyond PROOF IT WORKS!!! Signed Sculpt addict!!!

I went to very different class times with different teachers, and while all of them had their own style, I felt comfortable with every single one of them. The rest of the class itself just has an awesome vibe in the studio. Showers and dressing rooms are very clean and very accommodating to feeling excited before, and refreshed after.

Love the cleanliness of the gym and the super qualified and friendly staff!
