I like the combo of yoga and strength (I'm really into Pilates so it's a good workout but yoga-y enough to be a nice blend). All of the staff that I have interacted with have also been super nice as well.

I love the spiritual connection and the energy that surrounds. The teachers are amazing. Kristen Mu is the most awesome, amazing person I ever met. I also love Myla Ivers, she is a beautiful soul. I love them both so much.

EVERYONE NICE, NICE HOT YOGA CLASS
I love Hollywood Core Power! However, the last time I was in class I counted 8 bugs around my mat. Half were dead and have were alive. Eek!
