Staff is super friendly and welcoming. I attended a beginner class and the instructor was very attentive and made sure I was understanding how to properly perform each move. The facility is very clean and modern. Overall it was a grate experience!

Amazing instructors
All the classes are extremely challenging and I feel my body changing. The only thing- the rooms get TOO hot sometimes.

It was my first time with hot yoga classes and I was hooked! I was in California for a short time and signed up for the free week and did C2 and the next day did Yoga Sculpt. Your facilities are well maintained and a friendly environment that I appreciated. I especially enjoyed the enthusiasm of the front desk staff and the instructors!!!
