Classes are challenging and hours are flexible. Sometimes I feel there should be a limit to number of people allowed in a class, but that's the only drawback. Maybe for more popular classes you can have people sign up online?

I like the environment of the yoga studio, the knowledge of the instructors and the facilities. But without the maintenance team work, it is a bit expensive for someone as young and unfanancialy sound as myself. Also, moving from the yoga studios in California to Chicago, the one in CA was significantly warmer and more humid. I enjoyed it on the hotter side.

Enjoy the diverse teachers with various backgrounds and the spiritual aspects of the practice. Would like to see even more spiritual focus in classes.

I love the classes, and the instructors. There are always lots of variations, since I am not a well skilled yogi.

It was so easy to get started with core power. Everyone was friendly and supportive from the moment I walked through the door and made sure I knew where I had to be. Classes were tough!
