I really love the variety of classes offered, yoga sculpt being my favorite thing right now!
the sculpt class was good - I was tired so I didn't mind it not being too challenging although normally I prefer hotter and more intense. However, love the studio and energy!

I like the class and instructor. Very calming and a great workout. The only thing aboutvthis location is that the locker room is extreamly small where the lockers are.. it was like a jigsaw puzzel getting in and out.
