Good instructor, fun class
clean and helpful!
Great class!! I did a 90 min sculpt and am super sore. I appreciate the instructors acknowledgement that the door needs opening to make the room a bit cooler during more intense classes. I only say 9 instead of 10 for two reasons. 1) a bench for shoe putting on should be somewhere near the front door and 2) sometimes the music was a bit too loud for me to hear his instructions.

This studio is so welcoming. I have not been for many years, so manager Christy gave me a voucher for a free week of yoga to be redeemed before 9/21/17. I am currently in the midst of my free week, and yesterday I went to two classes: a level 2 class and a sculpt!

Everyone is friendly right when you walk in the door. I had a pretty hard time in my first ever sculpt class so I had to walk out for a few minutes but the instructor was very nice about it.
