I am always impressed by the quality of teachers at the Bucktown studio. The heat is always turned up, which I love. Sadie, in particular, is an incredible yoga teacher. Ever yoga class nourishes my mind, body and spirit. She's truly an insightful, caring yoga teacher!

I have an On Demand on line membership which I love. I decided to try in studio classes. I have been really loving the classes so far. Any plans to add a Pilates/core class?

Danielle is a wonderful instructor, and I really prefer her upbeat music choices to the more chill playlists. HPF is too intense for Sigur Ros imo
