All teachers motivate class participants but respect that they might be at different skill levels. The teachers suggest modifications for less experienced participants.
Joey is a great sculpt teacher! Has such a juicy flow, great energy, and a killer playlist!

I really feel cleansed, healthy after I leave class.
I would recommend offering less intense heat classes.
I am pregnant and the doctor recommended not to do hot yoga because the blood flow move away from the baby.
So I step out when I overheated or I tried the restore class. The times for restore are during work or close to my bed time so I have only gone once.
Overall, it isn't high impact and I feel good every time I leave class.
CorePower Bucktown is great - the people are very friendly, and the classes are awesome. I try to get my friends to sign up all of the time!
Every time I practice I learn something new. The instructors keep it fresh and challenging.
Am very grateful for the friendships I’ve developed over the past couple of years.
