Amazing staff and well crafted classes. My favorite instructor by far is Christina Lynch. She does an absolutely superb job of leading both beginners and advanced yogis through both the physical and mental sequences necessary to deepen one's practice and knowledge of yoga. Truly a wonderful and enlightening experience.

The teachers are all very good

The instructer that taught the 9am hot power fashion class this past Saturday was amazing! I think her name was Megan? I not only got a great workout in, I had a spiritual experience I've never experienced before ever! That class has changed my mindset, and my life forever! So very grateful for Corepower Yoga, and all who attend the classes. Thank you for bettering my life and my health :) good vibes always!

Was soooo stoked on the Core Power Yoga Sculpt class with Sophie---absolutely brought everyones energy up and got such an awesome work out. Will definitely be back---literally had the most insane energy all evening after that class (:

I loved the studio,m the instructor, and the temperature of the class. The workout was great an challenging, which is very important. The postures and flow was creative and meaningful.
