Student Testimonials
The space given to me to breathe and move.
Very friendly and amazing classes. My only suggestion would be a way to give the teachers anonymous tips to make their class better
Staff are friendly, positive, supportive and challenging all at the same time. I've enjoyed getting to know the styles of the different instructors--everyone cares, but each person leads class with their own special flair. The studios are always so clean, as are the dressing rooms and showers, stocked with everything you could want or need. The waiting area at Highland Park is also very peaceful, and there is ample parking in the neighborhood if the two parking lots aren't filled. Finally, interactions with other yogis show this is a group of practitioners committed to their own health and aware of the ways that our stressed-out bodies can harm others. We practice to shed that stress and promote peace--in our bodies, in our workplaces and families, and in our world.

Very friendly staff!
Highland Park is one of my favorite Core Power Yoga sites! The instructors are highly energized and motivated, very passionate about all things yoga, and effective at creating a welcoming and challenging environment for all levels of practice. Walking into Core Power is simultaneously calming and energizing - allowing me to walk out after practice, more in touch with my true self. Thank you, Core Power!
Convenient location. Great availably to a wide range of classes.
Most importantly, I appreciate your commitment tot Ryrder. If it wasn't for Ryder, I would not be a black tag member for all this time
Teachers are friendly and open to discussion and questions. Also the facility is always very clean.
Colin and Jennifer are excellent teachers...
I like that all of the classes are led by instructors who are passionate about their work and push me beyond what I think I can do. All around I always get a great work-out!
Very nice guidence, really good experience. Thanks
The staff is incredibly friendly and the environment is clean and organize. All of the 'students' are incredibly respectful throughout class as well.
Great teachers, always clean. So many times!
Immaculate facilities and superb customer service. I couldn't have asked for a better first yoga experience.
The teachers are very helpful. I believe they love what they are teaching.
I appreciated that the focus of each class was about working with your body in its current state and being grateful for the movement and strength you have rather than being disappointed that you have not achieved a particular goal yet. The instructors and staff I interacted with all made me feel very welcome and comfortable. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you!
I like the people at CP -- all of them!
I really enjoyed taking the Ryder class with Matt Austinson! He was so motivating, helpful, fun, funny, played great music, and inspiring!! He totally made my experience! He made me want to go back to take that class JUST because of him!! I wish he could be able to do the EVENING classes since I go back to teach soon for the fall! I absolutley loved him!!!
Very intense workouts yet still very enjoyable
Wide variety of classes and times
The staff and instructors at Corepower Yoga in Highland Park are very friendly. I'm always greeted with a smile upon arrival, and during class, I always feel welcome. I like the challenge of the classes that you offer, and I feel that I will be able to push myself to become stronger in my body and my mind. Thanks Corepower Yoga Highland Park for all that you do!
Mostly I love the teachers, MOSTLY Rebecca C and Laura N. They are so gifted and talented in the way they teach C1. Other instructors such as Kate and Colin are wonderful as well. I love the spirituality some of the teachers bring to the practice (including beautiful music vs. popular tunes). Little touches instructors do such as a tiny massage with essential oils and cooling the class down with towel "air conditioning" at the end of class are also very wonderful. I always leave feeling that the practice of yoga is important to the teachers and that they want the class/ me to feel the beauty of breath-movement. I will always be grateful for the gentle, encouraging, non threatening way in which the classes are taught to beginners.
Thank you.
PS cell phones should be not allowed in the studios
I absolutely love the enthusiasm and friendliness that greets me every single time I walk into the door. The classes are fun and engaging and don't seem to drag on, they're the perfect length and a killer work out!
I love the corepower yoga sculpt classes. They are challenging in a good way. I also find the teachers to be extremely friendly.
Real ryder and sculpt!
I like the variety of classes offered and the teachers' willingness to help and improve my practice.
I love the community at Corepower and how you form relationships with your instructors and fellow students. I also love how the instructors are there for you, to help you and to strengthen your practice.
Everyone knows what they're doing and you know what to expect from any class you attend.
Variations Of Classes. Difficulty levels,
