Frequent classes/times available, cleanliness of facility and I like how classes just start on time.. no smaill talk. You get in and out in a timely manner.

The space is calming, from the moment you enter. There's always two or more instructors at the desk to greet yogis and get you checked in. The fireplace and cozy sitting area allow yogis to settle in before or after a session. The shoe cubbies up front make sure we work together to keep the space clean. The dressing rooms are clean and the shower areas are both clean and fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and liquid soap for washing up after a workout.

Best of all, the instructors are knowledgeable and friendly. They make an effort to know the names of dedicated and new yogis. The hand-on adjustments are an option--take it! I have been astonished by what a difference simple micro-adjustments make in my form and in the vitality of my workouts.

I enjoy the variety of instructors that I have encountered. My favorite thing about CorePower is that it seems like the instructors are all so welcoming and passionate.

The teachers I go to at Highland are always friendly and I really enjoy the class sequences they choose. The studio and locker rooms are always clean which i appreciate.

The people are awesome, welcoming and helpful. The teachers provided different exercises in the sculpt classes that I am typically used to which was really fun to switch things up. The facility was nice and clean and I absolutely loved the classes that I took. Great instructors with awesome energy.

I like it that you did away with the expiration dates of your pre purchased classes. My goodness! Almost lost me forever.

The community is so wonderful. The staff is great. The manager, Anastasia is by far one of the most sweetest, inspiring, and an amazing human being. I am so grateful to be part of the Highland Park community.

Love the many different classes offered and high caliber instructors

I pick my Core Power Yoga based on teachers. Emily Bla and Sophie are two top flight Sculpt teachers. I love their demeanor in class and their encouraging workouts. Additionally this studio always seems clean despite its' heavy student traffic for classes.

Ryder classes are my favorite and the only reason that I have a membership. Please keep the bikes!
