The heat and the instructors!
Loved the heat in the room even though it wasn't a hot yoga class. The instructor was kind and knowledgeable offering many modifications. I will be coming again soon.

Great workouts and yoga- Kelly is a fantastic instructor, each class is well planned and executed, could change her music more often though. I think it would be great to provide cold washcloths at end of workouts or at least small washcloth/towels for members. Thanks for asking.

Pegah K. does a wonderful job of teaching Hot Fusion, blending detailed instruction with continual micro-adjustments. She has a pleasant and easy rapport with the entire class, and is a pleasure to learn from.

Elizabeth is absolutely fantastic! She’s very energetic, totally involved and encouraging throughput the entire class. She completely works around the room, giving people one-on one attention on form or alternative options. Just a fun fun fun class! And mercy, she works ya! Working all those spots of muscle, tension and focus!!
