Honestly. I like it because I got grandfathered into the membership and don't have to pay as much to have my membership. I'm a grad student and times have been hard so I like that I can keep healthy for a pretty reasonable rate. The teachers at kahala are awesome and genuine people that really care about their students.

Great instructors, clean, modern facilities and a generally friendly supportive atmosphere. I have been a member at Hot Yoga in Kaimuki and Sun Yoga in Aina Hina and Core Power is by far my favorite. Price is a little higher than the other studios, but the services are far superior, making it a very good value.

The studio is nice and the music is great. I feel that I have received a good core workout and some much needed stretching. The asanas flow nicely and are well balanced for strength conditioning and flexibility building.

The instructors are so friendly and helpful during and after class. I also love the merchandise in the studio, it's super cute and different from other yoga clothing stores

Clean studio overall. Showers, lockers, toiletries are all super convenient. Teachers are very thorough & passionate.
