Great friendly staff and clean facilities
Sunday, June 28th I attended class at the Kahala location. I was nervous as I haven't exercised in years, but was able to work out at my own pace and do what was comfortable for me. The class was awesome! It was fast-paced, challenging and fun. The music selections were great and helped keep me motivated. I would definitely recommend core power yoga to a friend and am planning to buy a membership.
Jeff did a great job teaching the hot fusion class. Studio was clean & everyone was really friendly.
The products are well-kept and extremely clean. Customer service was very good and instructors were very helpful both in and out of the studio.
I love that the first time I went I was very welcomed and I was able to jump right in even though I've never taken yoga before. I also love the free week because I was able to really try it out and found that I really enjoyed hot yoga!
The facility is nice. There is a locker room and shower with shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. Free parking space. Variety of class schedule. Friendliness.
Many choices of the type of classes (hpf, cp1, cp2, and sculpt -- these are my favorites) and times - I can always find a class at a convenient time.

I actually have recommended Corepower Yoga and have seen a few friends in there but not any of my better friends. People ask how I say in shape because I don't go to the gym any more. Many of them are self conscious and my male friends say/think often that only females do yoga. I do my best to encourage them to make a life/perspective change but in the end it is up to them. After all yoga was dominated by males in it's early history, although I believe it is for everyone. Yogi's in general are very excepting people and the teachers at Corepower Yoga are mature enough to know it is not about them or a single student but the class as a whole.
Instructor - Nicole. She was super awesome. Very upbeat, fast pace workout. Loved it!

Great, knowledgeable instructors, that offer variations in the sculpt workouts. Also, the workouts are always challenging. Music selection is good and instructors are also motivational and enthusiastic while leading the class.
CPY has the one of the cleanest bathroom and shower facilities of any workout place I've been to, and yoga room is kept clean and smells good too.
Everything was user friendly, clean and the instructors were super friendly and helpful.
