I love the variety of classes and time windows. The instructors are great and work to motivate and help each person to reach their potential. I also love that there's a location convenient to me.

The classes are great but you need to have more classes offered throughout the day. I noticed Ward and Kahala have more classes than Kailua. There are gaps of time without classes at Kailua.

I love CorePower, it has been part of my life for many years. I have to say that the music volume has become a bit crazy, and I often wear earplugs. Because I have been going for so long, I can follow along, but I imagine it might be challenging for new people. Also, my Apple Watch says that the decibel level is dangerous and could cause hearing loss...as a nurse, it concerns me for others as well. Please keep this information anonymous. Thank you!
I had a phenomenal experience and class. I took Sculpt and the studio was welcoming and clean. The class was fantastic and a perfect mix of challenge and restore. I will definitely return again.
It was my first time doing hot yoga and I've only done yoga like 3 times before. The class was early to follow and learn as I went. 10/10 recommended i will definitely be back
