There’s a nice variety of classes that are provided all throughout the day. It’s so nice to finally have a workout available that fits my crazy and unpredictable schedule!
The yoga sculpt class was the hardest thing I ever tried! Lol! But I made it through without passing out.

The fact that there are classes offered throughout the day makes it easy to find something that fits into my schedule. I also love the teachers! Their passion for spreading positivity, fitness and aloha is contagious.
