Great staff and location!

This is by far the best studio I have ever practiced at, with the exception of one thing. That is Alexandrias attitude when it comes to having to leave early from her class(for work)...She gives dirty looks and a terrible attiude
every time no matter who the person is who has to leave. She reprimanded a lady today(it was the ladys first time at core power) and the lady was so angry she will never come back again. Her attitude goes against everything yoga is a

consistency in sequencing, ease of the instructor's voices, level 1 option

I like how its done by instructors who truly enjoy what they are doing. The classes make it a good environment to practice yoga and to grow as a person.

I work at soulcycle so I really pay close attention to customer service, operations, cleanliness, and the product. You pass my test in all areas! Sometimes I do wish you closed the doors a little before class so that those stragglers cant walk in and over stuff the room but I'll live!

I like Brad on Mondays at 9am. Super energetic.

I like the style of yoga. Some studios don't get athletic enough or focus on the breathing, and I like that there's a balance between the physical detox and relaxation

I love that it provides different forms of yoga for all types of people. Sculpt for those who are looking to get some cardio in their yoga practice / hydeo / C2 for those more focused on honing in on their yoga practice.

I like the calm atmosphere, the fact that there is always music in the background (some people get nervous in quiet places, I'm one of them) and a lot of classes have dimmed lights so we can concentrate on ourselves rather than observe our neighbours or feel self-conscious. This is a very stress-relieving, calming environment - I'm a person with chronic anxiety and high stress levels, and you make it very easy for me to take part in your classes, something that is not so obvious. I would love more feedback during classes - I know a lot of participants are very fit people, but not *all* of them. Especially I'd welcome instructions what NOT to do - some misconceptions about poses may lead to serious injuries/pains, I'd love to know what to avoid.
But overall you guys are great, I'm definitely going to be a regular here!

Kicked my butt!

I like how there are a good crowd of people each time I go and that everyone inspires me to want to be good at the yoga practice. I also really like the facilities and the positive vibe as soon as i walk into core power.
