Good workouts, friendly staff.
I love yoga sculpt. My only critiques are that some teachers never change their music and there is not enough hands-on teaching. Michelle's class is always amazing because she switches up her routines and keeps them really interesting and challenging. Erika is also excellent because she has variety in her classes and does hands-on adjustments.
Friendly staff . Helpful staff. Clean bathroom. Clean classrooms. Easy checking in.
Free mats should be given to regular students who forget their mats. Same goes for clean towels.

I loved the instructor. He was great at giving easy to follow direction. This was also one of the friendliest Core Powers I have been to.
Instructors calmly guide students through the class to strengthen their posture, movements and mindset. Individual customization of poses are encouraged if students feel they need something different. The heat is usually perfect. Overall a great place for hot style yoga in many forms: relaxing & balancing; vinyasa flow; or muscle sculpting.

THE ENERGY
It's a great workout and a great vibe in the studio!
Fun environment and good instructors. Recommend adding mat "lanes" to organize the rooms and adding Yin yoga to the schedule.
Alexandria G is my all time favorite yoga teacher so I always love taking her classes when I'm in town!
Big studio, lots of class options
Yoga studio and instructor were great, but the locker room was tiny, maybe some lockers in the lobby would help with the crowding

Love the sculpt classes! But they can get very crowded.
