I loved the energy of the Sculpt class and the kindness of the instructors. I loved that they timed the beat of the song to the variation of speeds of the exercise. I have been back everyday since starting my free week trial!

I am so addicted to do yoga during my stay at LA,
All classes are great and Especially Alex's class is awesome.
I will join again when I am coming back to LA next summer.
I wish I could find out same type of core yoga class here in Tokyo!
