Friendly and welcoming; I am trying new fitness options and as someone who is 50+ years, I can find it to be an intimidating experience. I felt respected for being there and supported in the practice. The studio is bright and clean and signage is positive and upbeat. I will try some other classes.

Compared to a lot of other studios I've visited across the country, this location was extremely spacious and clean. I also loved the instructor (Yenly) and especially appreciated her closing remarks, meditating on the current genocide and reminding us all that the practice of yoga can extend beyond just the studio space alone.
Sasha is so amazing! The vibes are immaculate and the whole experience is just what we need as people to fuel out souls.

However, while we were in NYC we noticed they had little right hand corner tape marks on the floor so that everyone could line up their mats leaving room for everyone to have a designated spot in the room.
Also, the mirrors. we have been to 2 classes here in LA and both locations had really messy mirrors. I get that they get foggy but I feel like looking at dirty mirrors is not very motivating.
Other than that we love the experience and look forward to taking more classes
I like the instructors because they are so friendly and approachable. I also like the challenge that each class offers.

I really enjoy the instructors.. friendly, welcoming, energetic & knowledgeable. I take classes from Francesca, Andrea, Ryan, Carla and Sandy. They’re all terrific! Studio is clean and class offerings are frequent.
