The instructors and the energy they bring to each class is amazing. I always feel challenged and happily exhausted upon leaving. The lack of cleaning wipes which at times seems more than just occasional is not good nor sanitary. Also, no fault of CorePower-the parking entrance in the early mornings is sometimes closed which makes finding parking in the surrounding neighborhood difficult.

The classes are flexible in that they accommodate and welcome varying yoga skill levels. My novice self never feels intimidated.
I like to go for a yoga sculpt on Friday afternoons. It's become a ritual for the opening of my weekends.
I was able to get a full body workout. I thoroughly enjoyed not having heat for that workout. The instructor was very talented and informative.

I am enjoying the yoga class almost every day in Torrance. The classroom is clean all teachers and staffs are very nice 👍
I loved my first class at CorePower! The instructor was high-energy and made the class fun! It was mostly sculpted with a little bit of cardio mixed in as well. Overall it was a great class and I thoroughly enjoyed it.
The class was great!! Over crowded though and then a 25 minute wait for the shower. Good for you guys!! But I think I’d prefer a less crowded class.

Lizzie B is a very talented instructor. She had a great energy about her that radiated through the entire class. I felt challenged, but I did not feel like I was going to over heat. Lizzie explained all of the poses and flows very accurately.
