This was one of the best classes I've had in a long time! The teacher gave really clear instructions and really went through all the muscle groups, it was very intense and satisfying! The playlist was great. All in all it was an amazing class.
They offer a lot of fun classes that really help to move your body and get your sweat on!

Jiesi is one of my favorite teachers! I love her Monday evening C2 class. Always so thoughtful and challenging. Terry's Wednesday evening C2 class is another I try not to miss. She really mixes it up - you never know exactly how class will unfold but it's always fantastic. Her love for it really comes through. This Sunday I took a class with Brooke - it was the perfect way to end my weekend!

I love the San Vincente location! At nights and mornings, the parking is free. The studios are clean and new. They are smaller so it gets really hot in the studios, which I love! The best part, of course, is the amazing instructors. The yoga sculpt instructors are amazing and always produce fun, amazing classes! I would, and do recommend it to all my friends.
Rafael's class is the absolute best! His unique blend of challenging sequences and poses coupled with his contagious enthusiasm, encouragement and positivity are everything i look for in a great yoga class. I always leave a better person. Thank you.
Lovely atmosphere, I find all the teachers to be so welcoming and friendly. Definitely a great sense of community at the Westwood studio!
