It's my first time doing yoga and the instructors were doing a good job of catering to different levels.it was mor eof a workout than I expected
I am considerably older than all of students in the beginners class. However, the teachers have been very kind in helping me to adapt the movements to my abilities. It is extremely important to me to know that I can go at my own pace and not push myself beyond my limits. However, I can see that I can improve gradually over time to become stronger and more flexible.

As opposed to other yoga studios I've tried, yours seems to focus on taking the time to get the poses right and the teachers wI'll actually attempt to hep their students

Kym. Her 1.5 class was just spectacular. Really, really great. The studio was clean, well maintained, organized, etc. Keep up the great work. Love that you validate parking for 2 hours.
