The instructions given by the instructors were very easy to understand and follow even though it was my first yoga class. Took classes by Jen c1 and Sun bikram yoga classes were both an amazing experience.

The staff is so friendly and engaging, I felt welcome right away. I also very much enjoy that CorePower differs from other traditional yoga classes in that the energy level is slightly higher and I feel constantly motivated throughout the practice.

Every class and instructor is very inclusive and welcoming, unlike other studios which can get intimidating. The studio itself is very helpful and kind when it comes to customer service. Eleni is super helpful. Of course, I love the classes I've found my niche here and have brought in so many new friends. Compared to my studio at home in NY, CorePower is so much hip-er and warm.
Sculpt is my favorite class and sometimes I wish the 4:30 classes could swap with the 6 o'clock C2 just so I have more time to get there!

I LOVE the teaching methods. I think Corepower instructors do such a wonderful job of incorporating that yoga zen feeling all while getting a great workout.
I'm a long time yoga enthusiast who tried hot yoga in the past, but was never a fan of hot yoga studios. Your clean, spacious, attractive, and welcoming studios changed that completely for me. I've enjoyed nearly every teacher I've encountered through Corepower and love the fact that I can attend classes at whichever studio happens to be close to me at the time. I do wish that you offered slightly less scripted programs or changed the flow of your classes a bit every now and then (maybe with the seasons? even bi-annually would be good). That is the only thing that keeps you from being my forever studio. Thanks!
