Everyone is very professional and friendly. The bathroom and locker area is extremely clean. I like how you get to meet a different instructor and you learn a bit more from each one. I was new to yoga and I was able to fit right in and keep up with the class. Thank you!

Great classes and service!

I was very impressed with the friendly, helpful atmosphere. I took Maria's sculpt class and it was OUTSTANDING! Everything was perfect - the temp was just right, Marias'cues were clear and concise, the moves she planned and executed made the workout a total body challenge. I loved Maria's class and will be back for more!

What I really like about CPY is the relaxed atmosphere. There are some very good students, but also a few beginners, like me. I appreciate the 'vibe' at CPY.

My instructor in the past session was Jen, and she was very good.

The staff are excellent. I really enjoy the classes of Rachel H, Kym, Eileen, Melissa, Jackie, Leslie and Meredith. They are always so kind, cheerful and encouraging.

Classes aren't too fast paced for somewhat beginner yoga students. It was easy to follow along and enjoy the poses. I left the classes feeling great!

Great atmosphere! Staff and teachers are so friendly and make you feel at home even if you're brand new to yoga. Their merchandise is on point and they often have really good sales that include really awesome name-brand yoga clothes. Tons of class times to choose from and a good variety of types of classes for all levels.

I LOVE the sculpt class and I am a real regular. I have to say the cleanliness concerns me. I have brought this to the attention of corporate and local - but it does not improve. You need real cleaners with real product sanitizing the studio after each class. Other studios handle this aspect much more professionally. But that is the only thing that bothers me and it's an easy fix - you just have to do it!

It is fresh, young, challenging and it makes such a difference both mentally and physically!

Such a great, supportive, loving environment for yogis. Eleni is a great manager who is open to feedback, critique and suggestions. Other teachers like Rachel, Chris, jasmine offer challenging classes that help me deepest my practice. Incredibly grateful for all of them!
