I love the variety of classes, times, and personalities of different instructors. You can find someone or a class that suits your mood whatever the day-- whether you want to take it slow with a beginner's class or challenge yourself with a yoga sculpt class. The studio is clean, neat, and has a zen-like feeling with the a cozy fireplace and Buddha statues. Everyone is extremely friendly and makes an effort to know your name and develop a relationship with clients.
Very accommodating/friendly to a new student who had never been to CPY before! Very helpful in explaining the services offered and genuinely interested in hearing how I felt the class was afterwards. I appreciated the attentiveness and individual attention despite the big class the teacher had waiting!

Everything - the teachers are very knowledgeable, the classes are challenging yet enjoyable - the place is run professionally and I just LOVE it! (I drive from Acton almost daily in order to take a class!)
The studio is very clean and well maintained. I take Fallon's class and she is fantastic. She is uplifting, friendly and caring. I truly feel like she wants us to have a great class each time!

The classes are good and offer a lot of variety in sequences, poses and overall themes. For people who are short on time they are relatively short for a yoga class. Showers are available and the space is nice.
Super nice bathrooms and a tranquil & clean environment.
The locker rooms are always clean and the showers are stocked with good body soap.

sculpt is awesome- you get all the flexibility and mindfulness benefits of yoga, while also feeling like you got a great workout. the music component is great, all the teachers do something a little different, and the variety keeps it interesting!
