It was good to go to CorePower yoga. I liked the classes (C2), the atmosphere, and the encouragement teachers gave to students. It was very fast-paced.
I really liked the candlelight fusion class.
It is clear CorePower is about exercise and burning calories.
I was a bit taken aback by how much traffic there was in each studio and bathroom, yet I saw very few cleaning supplies or instructors cleaning (or a cleaning crew) sanitizing the rooms, bathrooms, showers, class floor, or blocks after each use.
