Once I found the classes that feel right to me, I have really begun to love core power. I prefer a studio that offers more traditional/spiritual yoga classes to the fitness type classes, but I understand why the fitness/sculpt classes are popular.
I wish the charlestown studio offered more core restore classes- I think it would help attract to a wider demographic because the current young/beautiful/sculpted attendees can be intimidating to older, less sculpted people just looking for the mental/physical benefits of yoga.

I love CorePower Newton! My favorite three instructors are: Laura (core fusion) Meg (core 1) and Alex (core 2). They are authentic, attentive, warm, friendly, and encouraging.
I literally plan my schedule around the Wednesday core fusion by candlelight class! I leave feeling strong and proud of myself for accepting the challenge.
A loyalty idea for consideration might be - after 10 paid months, get 2 months free of charge.
