I love the relationships i have built with my instructors. They make me feel welcomed as if every time I attend class, it is my first. I appreciate the way they challenge me to move my body and help me improve the next time. I also appreciate the consistency of CPY Medford with creating classes that fit into my schedule.

Love the Yoga Sculpt classes but I wish you would add more low heat classes. It seems dangerous to have a class where cardio and weights are involved in a hundred degree room. I feel I would get a better workout in the low heat classes. Other than that, best CP in Boston.

Everyone at the Studio is awesome. Lulu immediately made you feel welcome , Widya is a machine and just an awesome person. Medford is home studio but enjoy it here

Hello CorePower !! I had a great practice yesterday with Rebecca leading the charge !! The room was nice and hot…. Enjoyed her enthusiasm…. And love the way she gets seven out there !!

The studio was very clean. I felt as a beginner the practice was easy to follow with the right amount of challenge. My instructor, Jasmine, gave great vocal cues. I loved my class!
