I love HPF!!! The instructors are so supportive. As a very inflexible person, I am very comfortable at Core Power!
The studio is super clean and well maintained. There are lots of classes to choose from.

The atmosphere is friendly. The bathroom is nice and I feel the workout but I don't feel pain. Help relieve pain from my other workout actually.

I love the overall look and feel of the studio. Its a fun place to go after a long day of work and the frequent class times during the week are a plus. I just wish more classes were offered on the weekends.

I like the number of times per days the classes are offered, however, I'd like to see HPF offered earlier in the day.

I like hpf and C2 classes. The instructors I've had are all wonderful. The studio location is very convenient for me, and I love the view of the city out the studio windows.

The location is great and offers a great view. I took a class with Tanya and it was wonderful, so I would definitely recommend her class. Studio was nice and fairly clean. I attended an "illumination" class and enjoyed some small chat with the teacher and students afterwards.

Connor’s class was incredible and his play list was even better!!! The class was recommended to me by another student and she said told me how quickly she saw results after taking Yoga Sculpt. After taking this class, I can see how she saw results so quickly. I can't wait to take it again, it is the perfect combination of yoga, weight lifting, and cardio. I can't wait to take the class again tonight!!

What do you like about our products and services?

I like the message incorporated into each session. I feel like I have learned more than yoga moves at the end of the hour. Also enjoy the selection of yoga clothes and jewelry for sale. The Tess and Tricia natural handmade jewelry is beautiful and supports the homeless.
