The heat and convenience and flow and music. And Ashley, Jay and Chelsea are great teachers. I don't like how competitive and overcrowded the classes sometimes are. Not always, but sometimes --having to fight for mat space in some classes isn't very relaxing or foster a sense of community.

Instructors are all super friendly and teach great classes. Only suggestion for all CPYs... I would offer is that black tag members get free towels, especially after class to shower. And maybe get 1-3 free mat rentals a month. There's times where I forget my mat or am coming from somewhere and can't bring it.

I became a member at CorePower as my secondary gym membership. I've been doing yoga for a little over a year, and I was looking to take my yoga practice to the next level. After my first class at CorePower, I can already tell that the instructors at CorePower are exactly what I was looking for to complement my yoga practice. I felt stronger, physically and mentally, just after one class. I can't wait to see how far I can push myself at CorePower!

I love the 75 minute classes they don't have them in Oak Park which is my home studio. Nice boutique i bought a top.

I absolutely love it here! I have only been to a couple Bikram yoga classes and I hated them. I just went to my first hot yoga class at core power Gold Coast for my free week and I LOVE it. I brought my boyfriend there for his free week. Unfortunately the classes are not in my budget :( but I do love them.

Studio is very clean and fellow yogis are very friendly. I truly enjoyed my class as the instructor was very thorough and demonstrated each move which was extremely helpful since I haven't been to class in a long while. I'll definitely be back soon!

I loved the instructor and her hands on approach. I like when people correct me so that I'm making the best use of my time. The class was not boring like Bikram and I liked the flow. Would definitely recommend, in fact I already have. Thanks Core Power!
