I am moving from Chicago in two days and I honestly think I will miss my Corepower experience the most. PLEASE open a Corepower in Claremont, California! And then move all the C2 instructors from the Gold Coast to Claremont! :-)

I love the friendliness of the staff! The studio is always clean. Even though it is a smaller Core Power studio, it gives the studio a very homey feel. I look forward to attending classes at Core Power Gold Coast

Instructors encourage you to work at your own pace and offer assistance. No judgment ever; and this is very rare in comparison to group exercise classes anywhere. CPY has mastered fostering a nurturing environment for the mind, body and spirit.

As a small town country boy from the midwest I was completely resistant to yoga. I also played hockey and football, two very violent sports, growing up. Yoga had always seemed like a light stretching cult reserved for women and anyone from California. Much to my surprise, I was awarded for my ignorance with some of the toughest physical workouts and mental challenges of my life. As a shy person, the Gold Coast staff has been very welcoming and knowledgable without being overbearing. I can't thank them enough for getting me out of my comfort zone and introducing me to another one.

I enjoy the sculpt class a lot, my only feedback is that sometimes the music is too loud & I can't hear the instructor. I don't mind the loud music, but if they are explaining something, they should turn it down.

I love how motivational and dedicated the instructors are! Sculpt is my favorite class and the music is great.

The location is close to where I live and has great instructors. Love Nicole D's C1, and Sam D's Sculpt.
