Large room and authentic wood floors are cool. Really like the mirrors on 3 walls. The instructors have been so wonderful and nice too. Very passionate and experienced. Challenging me and getting me to try new things.

The studio floor is hard wood. That was pretty cool. The instructor for the HPF was the best I’ve had so far. I will be back.

Setting intentions is grounding. Physiological reasons why each stretch is good for the body is super motivating. Miss the cold towels. Thankful for all you do!

Yukiko is AMAZING. All of her verbal queues landed for me. I felt like she was teaching to me individually although her directive was addressed to the entire class. Love her class.

I love the teachers at this studio! The yoga room is spacious, comfortably lit, and I love all the mirrors to make sure I’m staying alignment. Great great neighborhood tooo!
