Great playlist at 5pm sculpt on 11/9!

I like the awareness it brings to my life - I’m trying to be more in touch with myself and my physical body and yoga is the perfect avenue for achieving that goal. I look forward to every session and I am hoping to feel strong enough to try other levels soon.

I love this studio, I love the times you offer but I will say...I would LOVE if you had a 530am class! I know a lot of medical professionals go to your studio (I am one) and in order to get to work for 730 (when most nurses start) a 530 class would be beyond epic!!

Was a good facility, laid out well, and all of the instructors have been great so far.

I like that the instructors want to help you do the positions the correct way to get the most out of it and not hurt yourself. I also really liked how this studio lends locks for lockers. Really liked the music in class as well.

I love the schedule of the classes.

I like that you have 3 studios and really good instructors. The locker room layout is better than most studios so that even when it is crowded, it isn't too bad. You need more showers and the studio is not consistently clean.

This was a great class and I felt like I was relaxed afterwards!

The teacher, Talun, I believer her name was, was amazing and the class's theme was back to basics. The basics kicked my butt!!!!

I think the instructors are genuine and well-prepared for class.

I really liked my 1st class with Kaitlin last Thursday.

The class was very nice & I really enjoyed it but the room had a yucky smell. Even before class started and there was only two people in the room the smell was intense.
