My husband and I attended a Hot Power Fusion Friday morning because Patricia was teaching the class. Cherry Hills is a great venue plus Patricia is such a warm, effective guide. I hope she teaches more classes that we can attend.

My favorite thing about CorePower is that there's consistency in classes. I almost always walk away from a C2 Class feeling incredibly "worked" by the Teacher. I love the variety of "flows' that Teachers put together but the level of challenge is nearly equal - which I really appreciate.
I was stuck in traffic and running late and they still let me come in to a (much needed) 430 class (quietly) as it was starting. I’m very grateful for the flexibility and understanding
I love how Studio 1 is enormous and parking is never an issue
Consistently good! Would like more cues for alignment in practice. I have been practicing awhile and it’s nice to hear reminders and elevates my practice again
