Student Testimonials
There is ample parking and the site is spacious with plenty of room. The classes have been great and having 3 rooms helps with offering more classes. The instructors are knowledgeable and friendly. But I wish it wasn't ALWAYS so hot in the rooms.
This is one of my favorite hot yoga studios I have been to in Denver! The studio is spacious, has natural light, and is always clean. The staff and instructors are extremely welcoming, kind, and supportive.
Highly adept, caring staff. Clean modern and spacious Yoga rooms and enthusiastic, committed diverse practitioners make for a great experience.
Atmosphere and good offerings of different classes.
However I have noticed at several different studios the condition/ cleanliness of the locker rooms has been lacking.
It would seem that a monthly or bi monthly intense scrubbing of the showers, inside and outside along with the tile would be a great improvement. The tile in the Cherry Hills men's showers is showing pretty bad staining, grout and caulk joints are sort of grimy and the bench to use for changing had loose screws and was very wobbly.
The Park Meadows location last week looked like no one had really cleaned it in a while with dried residue under the mats in front of the showers, soap dispensers in one shower were opened to get the last of the soap out because they were not previously filled up, and the trash bin was almost spilling over. This was noticed before a morning 8:00 class so it wasn't after a long day of use.
Don't mean to be obsessive or picky, but it does detract from an otherwise great and much needed practice.
Also a while back you had posted notices on the doors about keeping the studio quiet, and to observe silence while in the room.
I have gently reminded a few people about this before class and it was well received, but it seems like this practice of silence is slowly eroding away. Whispers and quiet talking is not silence and is distracting from having a full and complete practice.
If notices were put back on the doors and reminders of this policy from the instructors if they notice this when entering the room would help to develope this practice.
I quietly mentioned this policy to two young ladies before one class and the one person said " Are you serious?" of which I replied "Yes."
Please let me know if this policy has changed, and if I need to be corrected I humbly accept that! 😃
I guess if I can tune that out it may make for a stronger focus!

P.s.
I formerly had worked out trades with Core Power managers to do some maintenance and painting in several studios in exchange for my membership. I understand some of that changed when the corporate buyout occurred several years back but I would be open to discussing helping correct some of these things in exchange for class participation.
Thank you!
The flexibility!
Great facility with lots of variety of classes. Aurora should follow this model. When you have to work till 5 pm M-F and want a sculpt class, afterwards, none are available, especially at the Aurora studio. Pleeeeeease put a sculpt or X class a couple weekday evenings. They will be full classes
Thanks!
The instructor was great!!
Great teachers and classes, solid amenities
Lots of classes, but the rooms stink
The instructor, Gaynor, is fabulous at giving multi-level cues for yogi at different levels.
The classes are always awesome. I enjoy every class I attend. Thank you!
Very good class
I have been going to CorePower regularly for 15 years now. I have found the practice to be beneficial for stretching, strengthening, stress reduction, and mindfulness. I have found many wonderful teachers at CorePower through the years as well. Thank you for providing a unique form of exercise that compliments other types of exercise.
I love all the instructors and the wide selection of classes. Everyone is super friendly and I really look forward to experiencing a high quality yoga class.
The teacher (Gaynor) was exceptional - warm, friendly, excellent instructor
Great teachers and great community. Thx!
The staff
Great classes
The teachers and community.
Good, good instructor-- keeps class moving, not too repittious and room NOT 106°.Class moves quickly!!!
conveniently located and has hot yoga
Sue is amazing! Great instructor and human!
New humidifier is breezy, room windy
I love the Cherry Hills location. Great staff and excellent instruction.
Not sure why the classes keep getting hotter. I enjoy power yoga in the C2 class, but the temperatures and humdity are more consistent with hot yoga. Feels like the instructors are relying on heat instead of power to create intensity.
Talon is a wonderful yoga guide. Her class was great, and the studio was clean, including the showers.
Everything! I chose Cherry Hill's location because of its proximity to my home and the number and variety of classes each day. I like that I see familiar faces and I'm getting to know the personalities of each instructor. I like the flow style for C2 and that it changes up each month to keep it fresh, and my body challenged. I like that most of the instructors genuinely give you enough time for one full breath per movement when we flow it out. My favorite classes are the ones when I leave, I don't really remember because I was so connected to breath and body, the rest falls away. This place has been a lifesaver for me during a huge transition in my life. It's a sacred place where I can come and tune everything else out.
hot yoga
The flow was nice
Variety of classes and lots of times from which to choose. Friendly and favorite, experienced instructors

Part of my membership wanted to try a different studio. Was in town for a few days. Very friendly and nice studio. Highly recommend this location.
