I stumbled upon this place by accident, and was pleasantly surprised to find a hot yoga studio in my neighborhood!
The environment was calming and the studio was very large with many rooms, and a very nice locker / changing area with showers.

Me and my friends love this place! Our regular workouts are tues and Thursday mornings at cherry hills and the co blvd locations. Alicia is our favorite! We love Anastasia aka miss banana as well! Great instructors that keep us coming back.

Excellent schedule ... something is offered practically every hour. Skilled, supportive staff. Great and professional venue/studios.

Jenn was a great teacher and I love the number of classes we can choose from. Would love to see some more 60 minute classes instead of 75 on the weekends.

I really love the sense of community that comes with this studio. Getting to know the teachers, seeing regulars in your usual classes, genuine kindness.

The YS class was very tough, aligned to students of various fitness levels. I will definitely attend another class

Close to my home, very relaxing feel, and I know exactly what to expect from classes. It's rather cost prohibitive (like most things these days) so I cannot ever be a regular, but I would if it were affordable (I used to be, in the 2010's.) This is one of my favorites of the ones in and around Denver.

I am getting to enjoy specific teachers and their classes. I am trying to become stronger and increase my balance, plus release stress or tension. I have come to appreciate the heated rooms and breathing reminders.

I typically go to C2 and I love the variety of instructors, the intention they put into the flow, the music, the cleanliness of the facility.

Staff and facility are great! Locker room is clean.
