Teachers

The instructors are warm and friendly and helpful - and I think they really believe in encouranging inclusiveness and non-competitive nature of yoga; as well as removing any trepidation or intimidation I could feel as an older student in a world of perfect 20-something bodies. :) I love that they keep the soul/spiritual side part of the practice in all classes too. The music is great, the adjustments and the cues- all great. This goes for all CPY studios I've visited. It's why I practice yoga here instead of at my gym, even though I could save money by just going to those classes.

The teachers are very inspirational, well trained and the facilities are both convenient location wise, cleanly and functional.

I would like to see Hot Power Fusion reinstated some days at 6:00AM.

I've been going to core power for about 2.5 years. I love being able to show up for an hour class and know I'm going to get a great workout. Each instructor is unique, and doesn't offer a cookie cutter workout. Every class is different in their own way, and I know I won't get bored or lose my motivation.

I like the multiple studios and most of the instructors are great.

Cleansing, challenging workouts. Nice sales in boutiques, would love to see the Public Myth line too. Awesome quality better then some of your current brands. Fun, trendy studio to street wear styles.

I have never been disappointed at the Cherry Hills location from when I first enter the doors I am greeted and completely feel welcomed, I am greeted in a way that I feel like they are excited I made it in! I love the size of the studio and the women's bathroom is always clean. What keeps me coming back is Sara, my core power sculpt instructor she is amazing! I have attended some of the other classes as well and also feel like I am getting the best workout. I am totally hooked on Corepower Yoga.

everything :o) I find that the studios and locker rooms are always impeccably clean,,, a good thing! The instructors are excellent. Coming back to yoga after about a 25 yr absence has been (is) challenging. I am glad that I haven't been made to feel ridiculous by calling attention to my attempts with balance and my not always doing the second sets. Getting back into "shape" will take some time... it does not get easier as you get older. Thank you for your understanding.

I love the different styles of yoga offered- C2, sculpt, etc, as well as the different energy that the different instructors bring to their classes. I appreciate the frequency of classes that allows me to fit a workout in before work or at any other time. LOVE LOVE LOVE Bine and Courtney B- they have the most amazing spirits, and are both so incredibly uplifting!
